First start by heating a pot with plenty of water, a little salt and a splash of oil and bring it to a boil. Once it is boiling, add the pasta and keep on fire two minutes less than the recommended time, depending on the type of pasta you have chosen finally. When it is cooked, drain the pasta well with cold water.

While the pasta is cooking, peel a head of garlic and cut two cloves of garlic into thin slices. Next, in a pan with an oil bed, fry the garlic rolled with the chilli peppers.
